Have a long holiday for chinese new year. Every day sleep, sleep and sleep… but one thing give me a ‘click’ is when seeing my mum making the UFO.  UFO, one of the famous food in Sandakan, the uniqueness is a lot of people like to eat this small little thing but don’t know what is the exact name of it.  Funny right?  This recipe is from my grandfather, and still remember the time helping him in making this…really a lot of fun..cos that time in my eyes is a miracles to make this from eggs and flour…

What is life for?  Actually I really don’t know and no idea about it at all.  Looking at the things happened for the past 10 years, I really don’t know using what kind of ‘word’ to describe it… exicited? meaningful? tough?, but anyhow I started my new life on this day…23rd Feb 2005.. the day I won’t forget in my life.  When I entered into my room…the feeling of freedom, and the sense of belonging, feeling of happiness for the decision that I made, it was great! I found every single successful person I’ve ever spoken to had a turining point.  The turning point was when they made a clear, specific unequivocal decision that they were not going to live like this anymore; they were going to achieve success.  Some poeple make that decision at 15 and some poeple make it at 50, and most people nevermake it at all, and I really understand that every great leap forward in our life come after we have made a clear decision of some kind.
